Samaritans
Samaritans volunteers are on hand to offer emotional support at any time of the day or night to anyone who needs help. They will never judge and you don’t have to be suicidal to call them.
They also offer online chat support to a volunteer, and email support.
Phone support is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Aware (Northern Ireland)
A Derry-born charity, with two offices; one in Derry/Londonderry and a second office in Belfast. AWARE has an established network of support groups across the country, which are run by trained volunteers. Support groups welcome people with depression and bipolar disorder as well as carers for people with the illness.

Advice, support, and information around mental health issues including self harm. Mind also has a mental health legal advice line. Helplines are available Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm

Andy’s Man Club
At ANDYSMANCLUB, we want to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health and create a judgment-free, confidential space where men can be open about the storms in their lives. We aim to achieve this through weekly, free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups for men aged over 18

The Hub of Hope
The Hub of Hope is the UK’s leading mental health support database. It is provided by national mental health charity, Chasing the Stigma, and brings local, national, peer, community, charity, private and NHS mental health support and services together in one place for the first time.
It is a great tool that highlights what services are available in and around your area.

Child Bereavement UK
Child Bereavement UK helps families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. They support children and young people (up to the age of 25) when someone important to them has died or is not expected to live, and parents and the wider family when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying.

Cruse
We’re here to make sure that everyone grieving gets the support they need, when they need it.
We offer support through our website, national helpline, group, zoom, telephone or one-to-one in person support. We want to make sure everyone grieving gets the help they need in a way that works for them. We have a specially trained dedicated team of 4,000 bereavement volunteers.

SOBS (Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide)
We help individuals support each other, at the time of their loss and in the months and years that follow. We aim to provide safe, confidential environments where people can share their experiences and feelings, giving and gaining support from each other.

Marie Curie Support Line
Call our Support Line for practical or clinical information and emotional support if you’re living with or caring for someone who has a terminal illness, or have experienced a bereavement, whatever your situation.

Rainbow Trust
Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity supports families who have a child aged 0-18 years with a life-threatening or terminal illness.
Rainbow Trust support the whole family including parents, carers, the unwell child, brothers, sisters and grandparents. Support is hugely varied and depends on the needs of the family.

Cencora is committed to a science-based target to reduce greenhouse gas emissions 54.6% by FY32 and engage our suppliers. Cencora completed 11 lighting retrofit projects in FY22 at our facilities and began a global renewable energy assessment to evaluate options to expand our renewable energy portfolio.
